On Holy Thursday (April 6) we will receive the Lord's Supper on the night in which it was instituted. It is always a special service focused on the the Lord's gift of Himself that He gives us in this meal. On Good Friday (April 7), we will hear our Lord's passion in the service of Tenebrae (Latin for "darkness") where we will be reminded of the darkness of our sin that our Lord entered into in order to overcome it by His Light. This all leads up to Easter morning (April 9) where we will celebrate the Lord's victory at His Resurrection in two services (6:30am and 9:00am). Each is its own service with different Scripture texts and sermons, so you are invited to stay for both! |
