In these final weeks of the Epiphany season, our epistle readings come from Paul’s great proclamation of the significance of Jesus’ Resurrection. The Resurrection was and is central to the Church’s message. As we will explore in this two-part series, we will see how the Resurrection informs, emboldens, and secures our lives today and in the life to come. Jesus has conquered both sin and death for us! This week, we examine the what Paul talks of as of first importance when proclaiming Jesus’ death, resurrection, and ascension to the Church in Corinth and the Church today: forgiveness, life, and salvation in Jesus!
